"Q and I have decided that Flint River Ranch should use Jethro in an advertisement!  We've video taped him when we leave the house..........as soon as we walk away from the front door he goes on a food search.  He learned how to open kitchen cupboard doors and even manages to open a large kitchen drawer. Jethro (ONCE) saw us put two rawhide bones in the drawer before going out (not wanted he and Sarah to have those without us here) and he managed to get the bones and finish them before we got home.  We have to hide his food in the downstairs bathroom.  He learned to open that door too.  We now have to roll a very large heavy-duty plastic bin (filled with books) in front of the bathroom door before we go out.  If we forget, and occasionally we do, he will drag out this big Litter container (40 lb.) (which holds the 20 lb bag of kibble perfectly)  we keep his food in, chew the top until he gets it open and pig out.   Which is what he did yesterday!
