Healthy Food for Pets shipping rates are based on weight. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product(s) and the most affordable shipping method for the customer. Generally, heavier packages weighing over 4 – 5 lbs. are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Packages weighing under 4 lbs . are usually shipped by USPS.

How longwill it take to get my order?

You shouldn’t have to wait to get your order! We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most online orders placed before 9:00am PST Monday thru Friday are generally processed and shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Online orders received after 9:00am PST will usually be processed and shipped the next business day. Most customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days.

Do I need to be there to sign for the package?

In most cases, no, you do not need to be there to sign for the package! If you are not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.

But if the package is delivered by UPS and you are not home, the delivery person may choose to leave a note at your door rather than leave the package. Usually this does not happen, but if the delivery person believes that the package may become damaged in some way if he/she leaves it outside, (such as believing it could be stolen, damaged due to rain or snow, infested with ants or other insects, or other possible situations where package contents can become damage), the UPS driver may choose to leave a notice on your door rather than leave the package. The note will let you know that UPS had made an attempt to deliver the package and will provide information concerning whether they will try again to deliver it and the date on which it will be redelivered.

We ship most products to Australia, but there is an additional shipping fee due to shipping outside of the US. If you will tell us which product you are interested in and the size, I will let you know whether it can be shipped to Australia and how much the shipping cost will be.
