Return Policy

RETURN POLICY for HEALTHY FOOD FOR PETS:

We take great pride in the quality of each and every one of the products we represent and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Healthy Food for Pets. We gladly accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Full product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all unopened products.

50% product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all opened and used products.

Credit will be applied to the method of payment used to make the initial purchase.

Before returning products, contact us by calling toll-free at 877-877-0665 or emailing us at healthypetsbydee@gmail.com  so that we may provide you with the correct return shipping address information. Most products will be returned directly to us, but if products ship directly from the manufacturing company’s warehouse, they will need to be shipped to the manufacturer’s warehouse. When you contact us, we will provide you with the correct address to which to return the product and any other instructions needed.

Exceptions:

The product, Flea Free Food Supplement, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. Also, the Fleas Away Boric Acid Carpet Treatment has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 1 full year (365 days). If not satisfied with either of these products, you can return the unused opened products to us in their original containers and receive a full refund for the amount paid for the product, minus any and all shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If your product arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at 877-877-0665 or email us at healthypetsbydee@gmail.com right away. We will need a photo of the damaged item with a copy of your receipt. We will send a replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

One Hour to Cancel or Change: Cancellation or change requests must include the order number and be submitted within one hour from the time of the order by calling 877-877-0665 or emailing healthypetsbydee@gmail.com. If no one is available to take your call, leave a detailed message, including the order number, and your request will be honored.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a package that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to us.  If you haven’t received your order and think it may be lost, please call us toll-free at 877-877-0665 or email us at healthypetsbydee@gmail.com.  Please leave your full name, day-time phone number, and request a priority package trace. We will respond as soon as possible and let you know the status of your order; we typically respond within one business day.

If you receive a Life’s Abundance shipment that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Life’s Abundance for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and advise them that you are refusing the shipment and they will pick it up. Please call us toll-free at 877-877-0665 or email us at healthypetsbydee@gmail.com so that we can ensure that you receive a replacement or credit.
