RETURN POLICY for HEALTHY FOOD FOR PETS:
We take great pride in the quality of each and every one of the products we represent and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Healthy Food for Pets. We gladly accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Full product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all unopened products.
50% product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all opened and used products.
Credit will be applied to the method of payment used to make the initial purchase.
Before returning products, contact us by calling toll-free at 877-877-0665 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may provide you with the correct return shipping address information. Most products will be returned directly to us, but if products ship directly from the manufacturing company’s warehouse, they will need to be shipped to the manufacturer’s warehouse. When you contact us, we will provide
you with the correct address to which to return the product and any other instructions needed.
The product, Flea Free Food Supplement, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. Also, the Fleas Away Boric Acid Carpet Treatment has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 1 full year (365 days). If not satisfied with either of these products, you can return the unused
opened products to us in their original containers and receive a full refund for the amount paid for the product, minus any and all shipping costs.
If your product arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at 877-877-0665 or email us at email@example.com right away. We will need a photo of the damaged item with a copy of your receipt. We will send a replacement.
One Hour to Cancel or Change: Cancellation or change requests must include the order number and be submitted within one hour from the time of the order by calling 877-877-0665 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If no one is available to take your call, leave a detailed message, including the order number, and your request will be honored.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Shipments. UPS leaves notices on doors, so please look at your door for any notices from them. UPS has the right to refuse to leave a delivery if no one is available to receive it; this is quite reasonable in situations where the shipment may become stolen, may become damaged due to rain or snow, may become infested with ants or other insects, and many other mishaps that can happen to unattended food. If you are not at home when UPS attempts your delivery, UPS will leave a note on your door letting you know they have made an attempt and whether they will try again or not; they will not make more than three attempts. To avoid incurring extra shipping charges, you must contact UPS (refer to their note), or be available to receive the package on one of the attempts.
Because of weather, holidays, and various other reasons, your package may require extra time for delivery. While UPS is usually very efficient, sometimes packages are incorrectly routed and delayed in shipment. When confirming shipments, the data provided by customer service is the date invoiced. The actual pickup date can be a day later as UPS scheduled pickup closes at 3 PM and pickup may be over a weekend or holiday.

We will respond as soon as possible and let you know the status of your order; we typically respond within one business day.
Damaged Shipments. If you receive a shipment that is noticeably damaged, refuse the shipment and have it returned to Flint River Ranch for replacement. If the shipment was left at your home while you were out, call UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 and advise them that you are refusing the shipment and they will pick it up.
