MSE Paste is meant to be given to sick or stressed animals, or as a preventative before, during or after stressful activities. These activities include birth, lactation, weaning, processing, vaccination, castration, dehorning, branding, shearing, transportation, and showing. MSE Paste is available in a 30 or 80 cc syringe style tube.
Contains much higher levels of the same organisms found in other MSE products, plus the daily requirement for most vitamins, including b vitamins.
Cultures used in Natur’s Way Probiotics were naturally obtained over 20 years ago from animals that were raised organically. Cultures are grown in a sterile laboratory where there are absolutely NO GMO’s (genetically modified organisms) used.
30 cc Tube – $8.99
30 cc Tube – 6 Pack – $42.79
80 cc Tube – $11.99
Recommended Dosage:
Animals of all species under 100 lb. – 5 cc minimum/day
Animals over 100 lb. – 5 cc/100 lb/day (1 cc/20 lb/day).
MSE Paste can either be given orally (by syringe), or top dressed on feed if they are eating well. The high vitamin content can make MSE Paste unpalatable to some animals if top dressed on feed. In that case, start with one or two cc and gradually work up to the full dose. All sick animals should be dosed orally.
MSE Paste should only be used on sick cats that can still groom, otherwise, it can stay on their fur and rub off on furniture. Please use MSE Liquid Rescue on sick cats that cannot groom.
IMPORTANT: Any pet starting on MSE Probiotic Supplements should initially be given a lower dosage, 1/3 to 1/4 of the recommended level, to see how the pet reacts to the product. MSE Paste, Liquid Rescue and Natural Defense are concentrated and quite powerful products which can reorganize the gut microflora. If these products are given at the recommended dose right from the start, they can cause diarrhea. For this reason, we strongly recommend a lower dose for at least two weeks, and then a gradual step-up to the recommended level.
